The House of Representatives of Puntland State opened the 49th session on Saturday.
In his opening speech, the President of Puntland Said Abdullahi Deni addressed the Security and the ongoing Capacity Building programs for the Armed Forces, the historic ‘one person, one vote’ electoral process, the development projects implemented by the administration, the current political & security situation in Somalia and the cooperation between Puntland and the Federal Member States.
