The Puntland government’s defense forces launched a multi-pronged attack this morning on the positions of the ISIS group in the Miraale stream in the Cal-Miskaad mountains.
Units of the Puntland Defense Forces, accompanied by combat helicopters, have captured the mountains of the Miraale stream, where ISIS has been hiding for the past two months.
The forces found bodies at the site, and seized positions, military supplies, clothing, and other equipment belonging to the ISIS group, as shown in videos posted on the forces’ social media.
