The President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has postponed his trip to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.

The visit to Addis Ababa was part of the new President’s trip to Somalia’s neighboring countries.

So far Villa Somalia and the Ethiopian Government have not issued an official statement about the cancellation of President Hassan’s trip.

According to politicians close to Villa Somalia, the request to postpone the trip came from the Ethiopian government.

The President of Somalia this week visited Djibouti and Kenya, which are among Somalia’s neighboring countries, whose forces are also part of the African Union operation in Somalia.

President Hassan made his first trip to the region to Eritrea at the beginning of the month, the country where thousands of Somali soldiers are currently being trained.

In recent weeks, the President has been busy traveling abroad, while the appointment of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Federal Government of Somalia has not yet been completed.

The most important factors that caused the delay in the announcement of the Ministers are the distribution of power among the Somali communities and the total number of Ministries of this government.

The Prime Minister of the Federal Government Mr. Hamse Abdi Barre is still in consultation with President Hassan while the President’s trips have become part of the delay in the completion of the Ministers.

According to the politicians close to the Prime Minister, there is a big debate about the number of Ministries which is now 26.

Some of the government advisers think that the number of ministers should be reduced to 18, while others think that it should be increased to 30 ministries. The distribution of power among the various Somali tribes is part of this discussion.
