Areas under the control of al-Shabab militants all around Somalia will be recaptured, pledged the Somali government.
In a statement, the Somali ministry of information announced the Somali National Army (SNA) to have already seized back control of four regions located in southern Lower Shabelle.
Somali forces are currently in ongoing security missions that seek to reclaim regions al-Shabab terrorists are having under their control.
The ministry added that the government “reaffirms its commitment to retake stronghold villages held by the terrorists.”
