On Monday, at least 40 people were injured after a major petrol station in the provincial capital of Sool caught fire.
Most of the wounded were taken to the General Hospital in the city, including three people with serious injuries. It is not yet clear what started the fire which quickly engulfed more shops in the market.
Facilities that sell fuel are extremely vulnerable and prone to fire, especially during the summer.
