Somalia: Eleven Pak hostages released

The regional administration of Himin and Heb said that it has freed by force eleven of Pakistan nationals held hostages for a long time by Somali pirates in parts of central regions of the country.
The minister of social affairs for Himin and Heb administration Omar Mohammed Guray, said in an interview with Shabelle media network, that an operation conducted by the security forces for the administration with the help of local people guidance made it possible to release the hostages from the hand of Somali pirates.
The minister also cited, that the health condition of the eleven Pakistani nationals were in poor health while they were in the hands of Somali pirates, but they are now recovering and getting better health after receiving a medical treatment.
