Puntland Deputy Director General of Revenue Abshir Mohamed Abshir met with ministry staff in Nugal region on Thursday.
The meeting between the Nugal regional staff and the Deputy Director of Revenue was held at the office of the Nugal Regional Ministry of Finance, at a time when the region’s revenue for 2021 is estimated at 95%, while in 2022, the budget for the year has been increased, which requires for staff and officials at the regional level to hold awareness sessions to have discussions on understanding the challenges at work and more work.
At the end of the meeting, Nugal regional officials and revenue officials welcomed the continuation of such meetings to exchange information on working conditions at the regional level.
