Published: October 30, 2010

The Transitional Federal Parliament of Somalia is expected to vote on the nomination of the new Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, on Sunday.
After weeks of internal conflict and political stalemate between the Speaker of Parliament Sharif Hassan and the President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed.
It is now reported that the two men have settled their feud and agreed to proceed with the Parliament vote, on Sunday.
Until now, the highly awaited Parliament the confidence vote for the new Prime minister, has been postponed for more than three times.
Sources close to the two men say both men agreed to allow the show of hand vote instead of the secret ballot, as proposed earlier by the Speaker of Parliament and other MPs.
